Sendle One Balance is a postage provider from ShipStation that allows you to start creating Sendle labels as soon as you enter your billing details. Sendle One Balance offers domestic and international delivery services for shipments from Australia.
Connection Requirements:
Complete your One Balance™ account setup in ShipStation.
Before you can create labels with a ShipStation One Balance™ carrier, you'll need to add your billing information. Once your billing information has been added, you can start creating labels and adding funds to your balance.

Click the Set up carriers button.

Click Continue Setup in the Add Shipping Carriers pop-up window.

Enter your payment method and billing address in the Payment & Location tab.
Click Finish Setup.
This billing method will apply funds to the balance used to purchase labels through ShipStation One Balance™. Charges to add funds to the balance will appear on your credit card reports with the description “STAMPS."
Payment Method is for Postage Only
Your ShipStation One Balance™ billing information is only used for postage purchases. To update billing for your ShipStation subscription, go to Subscription Settings.

ShipStation label messages are mapped to Sendle labels in the following ways:
Label Message 1: Customer Reference.
Label Message 2: Receiver Instructions. If left blank, Label Message 2 will default to the delivery confirmation type.
Label Message 3: Sender Instructions. Label Message 3 does not print on the label.
For international shipments, ShipStation will print a CN22 form on a 4 x 6 inch label when you create the shipment. Learn more about viewing and printing customs forms in ShipStation.

To receive a refund on any unused funds in your One Balance account, you must contact ShipStation support and request your One Balance account be cancelled. You will then receive a refund on your balance in 6-8 weeks.
We cannot issue partial refunds on your balance. If you wish to continue using One Balance to purchase shipping labels, simply use the balance available in your account.
