Team Global Express Priority is a priority carrier service that delivers everything from small packages to large pallets throughout Australia. ShipStation's integration with Team Global Express Priority allows you to create domestic shipping and return labels, as well as track your shipments directly in ShipStation.

Any service with a weight in its name (e.g., “B2C Priority 1kg Satchel ATL”) requires that exact weight to be entered for the shipment.
Team Global Express Priority will charge a penalty if the weight of the parcel is more than the weight in the service name, but not if the parcel is less than that weight.
To connect your Team Global Express Priority account to ShipStation:

Select the Team Global Express Priority tile and click Connect.

Enter your Team Global Express Priority Address Information, Account Number, and Account Manager.

Click Connect.
The information entered into the connection window will be sent to ShipStation Support. We will contact Team Global Express Priority on your behalf for your onboarding credentials, which will then be added to your ShipStation account by our Support team.
ShipStation Support will then create and send a test label to Team Global Express Priority for approval. Once approved, ShipStation AU Support will alert you when your account is ready to use with your ShipStation account.

Team Global Express Priority does not allow the shipping of dangerous goods.

If you are shipping with a Team Global Express Priority service that has a weight in its name (for example, B2C Priority 1kg Satchel ATL), you must enter the weight in the service name for the shipment weight in ShipStation.
Team Global Express Priority may charge a penalty fee if the actual shipment weight is more than the weight in the service name. You will not be charged a penalty fee if the shipment weight is less than the service weight.

Team Global Express provides a "range" that you use to generate labels. Once this range has been exhausted, you will see the error message:
Error: Error generating SSCC, SSCC range has been exhausted.
To resolve this, contact Team Global Express for a new range, then provide the new range to ShipStation Support to update your account.
