NZ Post offers New Zealand's most extensive parcel delivery network, letting you reach more people in more places with New Zealand's largest nationwide fleet. ShipStation's NZ Post Domestic integration allows you to create domestic shipping labels and return labels, as well as track shipments to ensure successful delivery.
To create a business account, visit the NZ Post sign-up page.
Connection Requirements:

NZ Post Site ID (Ask your NZ Post account manager if you don't have this information.)
To connect your NZ Post Domestic account to ShipStation:

Select the NZ Post (CourierPost) tile and click Connect.

Enter your Account Number and Site Code.

Click Connect.
Disable any NZ Post services you do not plan to use.
Once you have connected your account to ShipStation, NZ Post will send a list of ALL available services back to ShipStation, regardless of your contract availability.
Please disable any service that you do not plan to use. To enable or disable services in ShipStation, go to Settings > Shipping > Carriers and Fulfilment Settings > NZ Post

ShipStation's integration with NZ Post Domestic supports the following standard features:

All Trackpak services must use the standardized CourierPost Trackpak package types. Custom packages cannot be used for Trackpack services.

Voiding labels in ShipStation does not actually “void” with NZ Post. You will not be charged until the label is scanned so refunds should not be an issue.

Any NZ Post services that specify a Trackpak can only be used with the type of Trackpak envelope specified.

New Zealand does not have state designations and instead uses greater City/Town areas to categorise. To successfully create a label for a Domestic Shipment, the Town + PostCode combination must match. |
