CourierPost Username and Password for exclusive use with a ShipStation account
NZ Post requires a unique username not associated with any other Third-Party Shipping Platform.
When you signed up with CourierPost, you may also have signed up with eShip, CourierPost’s free shipping software. You cannot use the same username you have already with eShip or any other shipping platform with ShipStation.
You must create a second, brand-new username with CourierPost and have it linked to our client_id. Once you have done that, you can connect to our platform with those new credentials.
To create a new username specific to ShipStation, please email email@example.com with this text:
“Hello! May I please have a username configured for Parcel Label usage on the ShipStation
client_id for my account number of [enter your account number here]. Thank you!”
Please contact ShipStation support if NZ Post requests the ShipStation Client ID.
To connect your CourierPost account to ShipStation:
