Overview of the reporting capabilities available in ShipStation.
ShipStation provides several reporting options that can help you gather the data you need about the orders you import and the shipments you create in ShipStation.
The Insights pages in ShipStation contain a number of visual reports, charts, and graphs that help you keep an eye on your business trends, how much you're shipping, and other key data points that will help your business succeed.
The Insights Reports provide pre-formatted reports you can view directly in the app, or export to PDF, CSV, Excel, or text file. Insights Reports customization options vary depending on the report. Report data can often be filtered by dates, selling channel, carrier, account, SKU, and several other options.
Finally, you can build custom order and shipment reports that include only the fields you need exported and in the sequence you prefer.
