How to update your email address, password, and reset a forgotten password.
ShipStation's My Profile page displays profile information for the user you are logged in as.
In the My Profile page, you can update your user account's full name and email address, opt-in to ShipStation's weekly digest email, and change your user account's password.
Review the sections below for detailed instructions on each function.
You can update your profile's full name and email address under the Personal Information section. Please note, you cannot change your username once a user account has been added.
Additionally, check the box to receive a weekly digest email from ShipStation to your profile's email address (or uncheck to stop receiving it).
If you have forgotten your profile password, you will either need to have one of your account administrators reset the password for you, or you can logout and use the Forgot Your Password? link on the login screen.
If this process doesn't work for you, or if you don't receive the password reset email, please contact ShipStation support for assistance.
If you are an administrator on the account, you can change the password for any of your account users.
If the user you have updates is still unable to log into ShipStation, please have the account holder or authorized administrator contact support. Our support agents can help reset a user password once certain account information has been verified.
If no user is able to log in to ShipStation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Access to the Account subsections will depend on the permissions and restrictions applied to your user. If you cannot access this screen, please get in touch with your ShipStation account administrator.
If multiple usernames are associated with the same email address, we recommend entering your username to ensure ShipStation resets the password for the correct user.
If multiple employees are logging into ShipStation, each employee needs to log in with their individual username or email address.
