Provides information on the sticky.io CRM integration to ShipStation and links for relevant resources.

The sticky.io integration uses ShipStation's API to help you streamline your fulfillment process efficiently and seamlessly.

sticky.io’s automated fulfillment technology sends all shippable orders to a manual store you configure in your ShipStation account. Set sticky.io to do this either in real time or once a day. sticky.io later retrieves tracking numbers from ShipStation to update your orders within sticky.io.

The integrations also allows you to combine orders with similar addresses to help you save on shipping labels.

Connect sticky.io and ShipStation

To use sticky.io with ShipStation, you'll need to generate a set of API keys and enter them in your sticky.io account.

To get your ShipStation API keys:

  1. Go to Account Settings.

  2. Select Account from the left-hand sidebar, then choose API Settings.

  3. Click Generate New API Keys if no key and secret are listed yet.

    Account settings: API Keys: Reads, "You haven't generated any API keys". Generate New API Keys button.

    Important

    If you've already generated your API keys, the existing API keys will be displayed here and the button will say Regenerate API Keys.

    If you already have API keys, do NOT generate new ones. Instead, copy your existing key and secret.

  4. Copy your key and secret.

    You can then provide them to the account you wish to access the ShipStation API.
