Stripe Relay makes mobile commerce easier for buyers and sellers by offering an API for online retailers that improves the order checkout process in third-party mobile apps. ShipStation will import your Stripe orders so you can create shipping labels, and update Stripe with the shipment information.
An active account with Stripe.
Order Import Requirements:
Only Orders will be imported. Payments or charges not associated to an order will not be imported into ShipStation.
Include a Ship To address.
Contain at least one physical product.
Follow the steps below to connect your Stripe account to ShipStation:
If you're connecting multiple Stripe accounts to ShipStation, we recommend you log out of any active Stripe sessions before connecting the accounts.
Select the Stripe tile.
Login to your Stripe account by clicking the Sign in link in the top right corner of the page. If you were already logged in to Stripe, this step will be skipped.
Click Allow to grant ShipStation access to Stripe.
After you've completed the above steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.

Here are some things you should keep in mind about ShipStation's integration with Stripe:
This integration is specific to Orders from Stripe, and will not import Payments made using Stripe's standard payment processor. See Stripe's Order Guide for details on setting up Stripe for orders (you must be logged into Stripe to view the guide.)
Once an order is shipped or marked as shipped, ShipStation will send a shipment update to Stripe to update the order to the Fulfilled status. However, no specific shipment details (carrier, service, or tracking number) will be included. Shipment details will be included for any emails ShipStation sends to your Stripe customers.
