Follow the steps below to connect your Linnworks store to ShipStation. You can also check out this article from Linnworks that goes over setting up the ShipStation integration:
Login to your Linnworks account here.
Click Shipping, then select ShipStation.
Click the Add New button.
Enter a ShipStation Integration Name.
Select a folder for ShipStation to export orders from. If not specified, ShipStation will pick up all orders, except the ones assigned to fulfillment centres.
Select a tag that will appear next to the order when exported to ShipStation.
Select a ShipStation Default Service that will be assigned to Linnworks orders when passing to ShipStation.
Select Linnworks Default Service that will be assigned in case service used to process order is not mapped with any Linnworks shipping services.
Click Create to generate your URL to Custom XML Page.
Select the Linnworks tile.
Enter your Linnworks Username and Password, as well as the URL to Custom XML Page.
After you've completed the connection steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.

ShipStation is not able to properly update Linnworks when an order is split through ShipStation. Any orders that need to be split should be split on Linnworks.

This error message typically means that ShipStation is either not providing the correct credentials or trying to contact the incorrect URL.
To resolve this error, reconfigure your Linnworks store connection in ShipStation to correct the credentials and store URL.
