Additional Details about the GeekSeller Integration

  • GeekSeller orders are only exposed to ShipStation a single time. If you update the order in GeekSeller after it's already imported into ShipStation, the updates will not be sent to ShipStation.

  • There is a delay of 30-45 minutes before a GeekSeller order will be made available to ShipStation. GeekSeller holds these orders to allow time for the order to be updated or cancelled before it's sent to ShipStation.

  • ShipStation cannot send email notifications for GeekSeller orders. All customer notifications will be handled by GeekSeller, or the original selling channel.
