The ShipStation add-on for CS-Cart must be downloaded and uploaded to CS-Cart. The file can be found in the CS-Cart connection window within ShipStation.

Uploading or installing the add-on file to CS-Cart is beyond ShipStation's scope of support. We recommend you contact your store developer or CS-Cart Support if you need assistance with the add-on installation process, as the process can differ based on the unique CS-Cart server configuration.

Include a Ship To address.
Follow the steps below to connect your CS-Cart store to ShipStation:

Select the CS-Cart tile.
Download the ShipStation add-on available in the first step of the connection steps.
In a new tab or browser window, log in to your CS-Cart admin portal.
Upload the archive from the Add-ons page, or Unpack the archive to the directory [CSCART_ROOT] if no upload option is available.

Navigate to the Add-ons > Manage add-ons page.
Find ShipStation add-on and then click the Install button.
Open the settings of the ShipStation add-on and enter a Username and Password to be used to authenticate the connection.
Select the ;Paid, Shipped, and Cancelled statuses.
Back in ShipStation, enter the credentials for the user created into the corresponding fields, and the URL for your store.
After you've completed the connection steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.
