To connect your Purolator International account to ShipStation:

For US- and Canada-based ShipStation accounts, certain plans will require you to enable the Your Carriers add-on before you can connect your carrier accounts. If you have not yet enabled it, you'll be prompted to do so before you can connect your accounts.

Click the Add Carrier button.

Select Purolator International and click Connect.

Enter your Purolator International Username and Password.

Purolator International supports shipping dangerous goods. If your Purolator shipment contains dangerous goods, check the “This package contains dangerous goods” Other Shipping Option. This carrier may have other requirements when shipping dangerous goods. Check with your account representative to understand what qualifies as dangerous goods and any requirements your carrier may have for these shipments. |

The ShipStation integration with Purolator International does not support third-party billing.

ShipStation's toolbar rate calculator will not show rates for Purolator International. This is because Purolator International requires the city name to return a rate. However, ShipStation will show rates when you configure the shipment and the order's rate calculator will also return rates so you can compare with other carriers.
