Enable Commercial Invoice Generation
International shippers should contact Aramex to ensure that commercial invoice generation is enabled on your Aramex International account. This is to ensure you can generate commercial invoices when creating international shipping labels in ShipStation.
To connect your Aramex International account to ShipStation:

For US- and Canada-based ShipStation accounts, certain plans will require you to enable the Your Carriers add-on before you can connect your carrier accounts. If you have not yet enabled it, you'll be prompted to do so before you can connect your accounts.

Click the Add Carrier button.

Select Aramex and click Connect.

Enter your Aramex International Username, Password, Account Number, Account PIN, Account Entity, and Account Country Code.

You can add up to 3 label messages, which will appear in the Remarks section of the shipping label, separated by a comma. However, there is only one line available on the printed label for Remarks. Longer messages may be truncated.

Aramex requires the full ship to address and customs information in order to return a rate to ShipStation. Therefore, rates will only be displayed in the Configure Shipment Widget and not when using the Rate Calculator.
