Automatically creates a Rejected tag |
The first time a Darty store is connected to ShipStation, we’ll automatically create a Rejected tag and an automation rule that will apply that tag to partially rejected orders. Criteria: Store Equals [StoreID]; Custom Field 1 Is Not Blank Action: Add a Tag - Rejected If a Darty order is partially rejected, ShipStation will import the full product list for the order. Any rejected SKUs will be listed in Custom Field 1 for the order, which will also trigger the Darty REFUSED Automation Rule and tag the order. |
-
Darty does not push order updates or status changes to ShipStation after the initial import of an order.
An order will maintain its imported status regardless of whether a change occurs in Darty. If a Status change is initiated in Darty (for example, an order is cancelled or shipped outside ShipStation), it will need to be manually updated in ShipStation.
-
If a Darty order is partially rejected, ShipStation will import the full product list for the order.
Any rejected SKUs will be listed in Custom Field 1 for the order, which will also trigger the Darty REFUSED Automation Rule and tag the order.
