To ensure your recipient gets an order on time, you can set a Deliver by Date for your orders in ShipStation. Being able to see the Deliver by Date for orders inside of ShipStation lets you select the service that will deliver the order on time. Check the Available Features section of your store's ShipStation integration guide to see if they support Deliver by Date.

This information will then display in the order details. Use Deliver by Date to filter specific orders in ShipStation in Awaiting Shipment, Awaiting Payment, or On Hold statuses.
If you add or pin the column in a saved view to show Deliver By Date, it will display on the Orders grid, too. To quickly see how many orders must be delivered by a specific date, you can also create a custom order view.
You can use Deliver by Date to view and sort orders in the Orders grid. The column will not be available on the Shipments grid.
Benefits of Using a Deliver By Date:
-
Guaranteed support for your Amazon Prime and Shopify Promise orders
-
Ability to process and batch orders according to their Deliver by Date
-
View reports about on-time delivery data to make strategic recommendations for services (switch to a new service to be on time).
Currently, you can only set a Deliver by Date on single orders. The feature to bulk update multiple orders is coming soon.
